i had the same problem , and realize the external battery was loose but i used to much time like that , the one of the terminals when bad so , doesnt make good connection anymore , so i stuffed the conector wit alluminum foil to make conection better and after tight veri well the bolts , i installed...

i bought a E22D to play with it and the first thing i found is the loose steering , since has not front suspention i though i need to remobe the fork , but it has not castle nut , is just a nornal nut thoug , any aidea how to solve this steering problem , maybe i don t need to dissasemble that much ...
