My m365 will not charge. The LED on the charger is constantly green. The red LED on the BMS flashes red 4 times. I have measured the voltage on the battery and when I measure directly on the battery it says 37V and when I measure on the battery plug it says 18V. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks
