Here's the link to what he's talking about. I take it you need to do a full flash using this method. https://www.scooterhacking.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=15 Wow, thanks, but I won't touch the hardware of my scooter. I thought the 30km/h was possible with an 'easy' software-only fix. Cheers

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
https://www.scooterhacking.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=40#p199 ah ok, thanks. Well, I won't touch the hardware of my scooter, too much risk and too much noob. If not possible software, fine, then I accept the 25km/h limit. It's just strange that the ES4 can go to 30km/h by default, and I can't, w...

Re: ES4 top speed questions. it brakes at 21mph?
Good afternoon all, I am facing the same challenge with my ES2 + external battery pack. The last config in cfw (1.3.9) is hacks in speed (38km/h), battery power 42000 and kers low. Alternative acceleration logarithm deactivated. This morning I experienced a less brutal breaking than before, but spe...

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
When max battery and hitting 26-27km/h, I feel like the scooter wants to go higher but there is a slight automatic brake every now and then, preventing the scooter to go faster. It's like there is a software limit set at this speed. I even get 'pushed' a bit like in a rollercoast (brake-accelerate-b...

Re: ES4 still won't go above 24kph after BMS & DRV updates.
I also Noticed your DRV # is 5.5.1, mine is v1.3.6. That could be your issue. DRV # is referred to as the Master Control Firmware Number. Offical Ninebot scooters DRV start with v0. So Mine is v0.1.3.6 while the latest firmware update through the Segway app is v0.1.5.1 or v1.5.1. That DRV # you hav...

Re: [ES4 speed limit] Who can solve the mystery?
Thanks, Yeah i have flashed a new firmware from a android phone. I’ll borrow a windows pc at work tomorrow and change serial number. Hopefully the scooter will go faster. I’ll update when I know! and? I'm stuck at 25km/h. What I did so far: 1) Flashed with custom firmware with EGDOWNG v151 with spe...

Re: ES4 still won't go above 24kph after BMS & DRV updates.
Yes, that's what I'm doing. I understand that I need to flash the BMS, with the BMS file on the Scooterhacking server https://files.scooterhacking.org/esx/fw/bms/ No sure which file to select though, I guess the latest 1.4.1 What I did so far: 1) Flashed with custom firmware with EGDOWNG v151 with ...

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
Please check the updated SN changing topic, in which you will find an example serial number that works (I'm using it) You should also look at changing your BMS SN, as the new method allows it Cool, will try tomorrow! How do I know which BMS SN to use? I don’t see it’s mentioned anywhere What I did ...
