Re: HELP, Max firmware 8.1.8 has an extra security measure built into the battery that affects the ESC and dash.........
The ground BMS bypass does technically work to operate the scooter, but I would only do this with extreme caution as now you've removed all the battery protection and cell balance charging as well. The best solution if you can't flash firmware 8.1.8, is to get a blank Ninebot G30 BMS from AliExpres...

Re: External battery red side lights
SHFW does disable the side lights, yes. Is there a fix or patch for this yet? I often make custom ES4s, E22s, E45s, etc for various customers involving custom paint, graphics, and even the external battery LEDs get changed to different colors upon request. It's unfortunate that I cannot apply SHFW ...

Re: Did I destroy my controller?
not sure if you still need help with this or not, but replacing capacitors on your board is a fairly simple process. If it was one of the smaller ones near the large one, you can replace it with another, as long as the value of the new capacitor is the same or slightly larger (just don't replace it ...

Re: Ninebot-S (mini/pro) Speed Hack
Short answer: Yes. However, you should know the minipro has a higher speed when you attach it to the GoKart kit where I believe it can go almost a full 20mph. Which means that connecting it to the kit, allows it to go faster. I've been looking all around for the information on tricking the miniPro i...

Re: Recommended supplier for ESx control board and LED ground effect strip

What controller was it that you purchased? After you installed it, did you flash new stock firmware to it? ...

Re: Need help diagnosing Ninebox G30P MAX
The common issue with the Max G30 is the 3 phase wires getting too hot and melting together causing electrical issues at random. Usually the best fix for this is to either break away and clean the melted plastic to expose the metal bullet connectors (inside and out) and reinsulate with high quality ...

Re: Firmware issue with 48v battery
Hey F0xMaster,DRV184 can only be flashed via ST-Link.
I really hate that I have to ask (the frustration from searching causes me intense rage), but can I trouble you for the pin out on flashing this newer ESC? The G30LD ?

Re: Hacking Ninebot ES1LD
With cheap cost, you should replace controller and display from ES1. But doing it yourself can be risky death run 3d You can't simply swap the dashboard and controller from an ES1 to this scooter due to the lack of hall sensor on the motor. This scooter runs a sensorless 3 phase motor with no ble. ...

Re: Tutorial!!! SNSC 2.3 Aka Ninebot Max Plus conversion
Hey, unfortunately this isn’t possible, stock software on G30 doesn’t work via GPS cable, i think the Voi scooters have the only plug‘n play ones, there isn’t even a Pinout on these Dash‘s, just random solder pads all over the board, just rewire a G30 Max Cable, and it should work. I figured as muc...

Re: Tutorial!!! SNSC 2.3 Aka Ninebot Max Plus conversion
The conversion process for this particular scooter in the US doesn't totally work if you use a retail dashboard. The ESC has a 36v powered comm cable to the IOT on the dash and therefor requires rewiring to use a stock dash. On a side note, I would love to use the IOT dash that came inside the scoo...
