I have BLE 3.0.7 and DRV 5.8.11. After region change in SHU unwillingly to "German manuver 30kmh old SN" my scooter changed from original F30 (max 25kmh, 5100mAh battery) to virtual F40D (max 22kmh, 10200 mAh).
