Re: CFW from DRV119 using ESx Dash - Not Updating
If you’re feeling extra lazy, you can just buy the ES2 throttle and brake levers off ebay for ~$8usd each. Plug and play.

Re: Insight and Sweet-Spot for Motor Power Constant / Battery Current Settings?
Sounds good, cheers for the info! I will do some testing on my own custom firmware setups. I have a feeling that the BMS limits the maximum amperage of the battery pack at a level that we can’t control through firmware alone. It seems to be around the 25 amp level you mentioned. I know my m365 maxes...

Insight and Sweet-Spot for Motor Power Constant / Battery Current Settings?
So I'm keen to get some extra power from the KS Max, but without overloading the motor and / or wiring of the scooter with too many amps. Questions: -Is it correct to assume that we should only change EITHER the Motor Power Constant (MPC), OR the Phase and Battery Current values, but not MPC and Cur...

Re: CFW from DRV119 using ESx Dash - Not Updating
Posting back here to say I had success connecting the ES dash gas and brake inputs to the gas and brake levers from my m365, (with the main round blue connector on the ES dash plugged into the Max of course). This removed error 14 and 15, and allowed me to flash CFW126 straight from stock FW119, aft...

Re: CFW from DRV119 using ESx Dash - Not Updating
I would also like to know what resistance rating is needed for each potentiometer to remove the errors (1k/5k/10k/100k ohms?). Is it possible to plug the brake/gas cables from the ES dash into the gas and brake levers for the M365 (since I have one of those as well)? The connectors look like they sh...

Re: Where to buy ESx dashboards
Why do you need an ES dash with custom firmware? I thought the whole point was that you need an ES dash with ORIGINAL firmware for hacking the KS MAX.Ninebot Scooter Dude https://www.ebay.com/itm/233302448336 it's already flashed and everything.

Re: Change Max serial number after DRV126 update
Help! I tried the method using the ESX Dashboard and Ninebot Flasher, but now can't turn on the scooter. With the ESX Dashboard attached, pressing the power button turns the scooter on momentarily and then it turns itself off again. The problem occured after I flashed DRV777.bin.enc. I tried puttin...

Re: Where to buy ESx dashboards
Thanks for passing on the links, fps. I’ve been reading all the recent posts on CFW, and the exact and full process to go from stock 25kmh-limited version to CFW with full speed is not entirely clear. So we need to first flash BLE555 onto the max dashboard with an ST-LINK, then use an original ES da...
