Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable

Thanks to this excellent guide, I was able to flash the DRV firmware using method 2 on my renewed Bird ES4 purchased off Walmart. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to flash the BLE onto the cloned purple dash. This was somewhat expected. Just wondering how I can go about flashing the BMS on the external...

Re: Ninebot IAP guide - how to flash your scooter with a cable

Trying to flash an es2 using method 2. My question is which files do I use to flash. I see the link to the files, but I don't know which ones I need. "If everything was done correctly you should now see your scooter's firmware version on the right as shown on the screenshot below. You can now flash...

Re: (TUT) Unlocking the Ninebot E-series (E22, E25, E45) to 28 km/h (30 on E45)

This is a doozy of an issue. I bought an E22 with external battery yesterday from a classified ad. Couldn't power it on so I wen't home and charged it up. After about 5 secs, I got an Error 10. Talked to an acquaintence who has one and his did the same thing! Of course the ES4 error 10 relates to t...

Ninebot Max part number list (PDF download)

Here's a nice, all-in-one list of all the part numbers for the Ninebot Max as of August 2020. You can use it to easily find parts on alibaba/taobao etc.

Re: (TUT)(Updated) Unlocking the Ninebot E22E/D and E25E/D to 28 km/h

IMPORTANT UPDATE
If you tried unlocking your speed using esx.cfw.sh you blocked your ability to use this guide. This is caused by the fact that you flashed ESx firmware on an e-series scooter, which is not compatible nor supported in that case.

Re: (TUT)(Updated) Unlocking the Ninebot E22E/D and E25E/D to 28 km/h

sorry guys,
i tried to use Ninebot-Flasher or Ninebot IAP, but both tools they can't find my e22e.
The PC bluetooth seems not to see it, with the mobile is working as usual.
Do you know how to fix this?
That's probably a problem with your PC.

Re: (TUT)(Updated) Unlocking the Ninebot E22E/D and E25E/D to 28 km/h

Hi, I own Segway E22E with an external battery pack, so my top speed is by default around 26km/h. Should this trick extend this even further like some of the other users reported or will this just stay at the current speed? I changed the prefix on my serial number to N2GZ but everything seems to be...

Re: (TUT)(Updated) Unlocking the Ninebot E22E/D and E25E/D to 28 km/h

Whats the difference when inputting N2GZ vs what everyone has been using and known to work well with N2GT? This is what we have been using for a while on the ninebot ES4 and Max. N2GZ is made for the Ninebot E-series and N2GT is made for the ES-series. They use different firmware so you have to use...
