Do I need to change the BMS SN too, in order to get the speed I want? I flashed the custom firmware on the generator website scooterhacking, and also flashed the BMS and external BMS with the files on https://files.scooterhacking.org/esx/fw/bms/
thank you

Re: ES4 still won't go above 24kph after BMS & DRV updates.
You can only flash the BMS using the Flash tool on Windows. The Mobile version only has Formware flash. Make sure you download the Windows flash tool and connect your scooter to your PC. It's easy if you use Bluetooth on the PC to connect to the scooter. Yes, that's what I'm doing. I understand tha...

Re: HOW TO : Activate a new controller / change serial number
Had the same problem. I just re and disconnected a few times and then it worked. However I can't guarantee it'll work. I know how to solve this, as I had similar issue. I hope an admin can add this to the FAQ guide of Ninebot Flasher. Here are the steps: 1. make sure your smartphone's bluetooth is ...

Re: ES4 still won't go above 24kph after BMS & DRV updates.
Did you download the Ninebot-Flasher? The link is in this thread... https://www.scooterhacking.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3 I downloaded the BMS files here (https://files.scooterhacking.org/esx/fw/bms/) Using the Ninebot Flasher I start the scan after turning my scooter on, select my scooter in ...

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
Please check the updated SN changing topic, in which you will find an example serial number that works (I'm using it)
You should also look at changing your BMS SN, as the new method allows it
Cool, will try tomorrow!
How do I know which BMS SN to use? I don’t see it’s mentioned anywhere

Re: ES4 still won't go above 24kph after BMS & DRV updates.
I downloaded the Ninebot-Flasher for Windows from the toolbox thread, and when connected it had the ability to upload the BMS file for each battery. I hope that helps. Let me know if you figure out the reduced speed issue as I mentioned. Where did you have the possibility to upload and flash the BM...

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
I have a similar issue and posted a separate thread on this, but for the record my scooter is a factory ES4 ,so I don't understand why it would be limited all of the sudden by the serial number. If someone can explain that I would appreciate it. Also eager to hear if others changing their serial nu...

Re: ES2L can't go above 26 km/h
Hi, I have changed serial number and flashed the firmware with 28kmh speed limit. I have a ES2L, now I can get 26km/h in speed instead of 22kmh. I have external battery. Pretty satisfied but it would be cool to get some extra kmh, I don’t know what’s limiting my scooter, it should go in 28 now? Rig...

Re: ES4 top speed questions. it brakes at 21mph?
Good afternoon all, I am facing the same challenge with my ES2 + external battery pack. The last config in cfw (1.3.9) is hacks in speed (38km/h), battery power 42000 and kers low. Alternative acceleration logarithm deactivated. This morning I experienced a less brutal breaking than before, but spe...
