You can only flash the BMS using the Flash tool on Windows. The Mobile version only has Formware flash. Make sure you download the Windows flash tool and connect your scooter to your PC. Please check the updated SN changing topic, in which you will find an example serial number that works (I'm using it)
You should also look at changing your BMS SN, as the new method allows it

I downloaded the Ninebot-Flasher for Windows from the toolbox thread, and when connected it had the ability to upload the BMS file for each battery. I hope that helps.
