Any SJ 2.5 conversion manuals?

I just saw the post on the wiki about converting an SJ 2.5, but the information is confusing and scattered all around. Does anyone have a full step-by-step manual on how to convert an actual one? The wiring schemes are crazy, photos would help because there's a lot of information going around online about having to use an external throttle for it to work.
