sencor two long range 2021(E9MAX)

Hi everyone.
I got this scooter second hand. The main problem was that it did not turn on and only the rear brake light flashed (constantly) and nothing was displayed on the dashboard.
After a little diagnostics, I found one component on the dashboard broken. After replacing the dashboard, the scooter turned on and the rear light stopped flashing. Now two dashes appear on the dashboard and the led on the back of the dashboard is flashing.
the last option is probably just to replace the control unit. Is there no other option or any ideas?
