Xiaomi 4 pro, only get 20km/h. I want speed hack

Hello😊 Just bought a new e-scooter xiaomi 4 pro in Spain. The scooter will not run more than 20km/h in sport mode. But if google it say the scooter should run 25km/h.. What i am doing wrong😇😇?? Wich is the best speed hack for this xiaomi 4 pro?? I want it to run 30-40km/h.. Any good advice? Tried to google, but i found it a bit unclear regarding the 4 pro😇
