Which scooters are the easiest to hack?

Hello,

I can't seem to find this information easily available. There doesn't seem to be a centralized page.

I am completely new to scooters. I want to buy a scooter but I don't want to use the manufacturer's spyware app to use it.

This scooter will mainly be for commuting to work, not really a new hobby or anything. So I don't want to spend a lot of time or effort hacking it. I just want to take full advantage of the hardware I bought without giving up[ my personal private information.

Can anyone suggest a scooter that will be easy to hack to full potential without the manufacturer spyware? Are there any that won't require buying special hardware & cables to hack?

I'm a tall guy so I would like a scooter that can reach 30mph with a 230lb person and hopefully good regenerative breaking/battery life.

Sorry, I meant to say 30 to 40 km/h for the speed. so 18 to 24mph.
