Increase topspeed Max G30D II European

Hi Guys.

I'm brand new to this and i need some help with my scooter.
It runs 20km/h right now and i want it to go 30km/h.

I have researched for some days now, but i'm confused about all the talk about AT32, Gen2, DRV, BMS etc.
I have received a ST-LINK today in the mail and i have 10 years of experience with apple repairs, so i don't think it will be challenging for me.

Here's some info about my scooter:

BMS Ver: 23.4.1
BLE Ver: 1.1.7
DRV Ver: 1.7.14

Serial from the QR on the engine:

GWB0086

I bought the scooter 2 weeks ago brand new and i have never updated it.

Can you describe to me what to do exactly with my ST-Link to increase the speed to 30km/h?
Downgrade the firmware and then flash it, or?
