i wanted to do my scooter faster but i clicked something and now it goes only 20 km/h and i cant change region it dont work and i albo try vanilla cfw but i cant load it i have data format error

You seem to have gone to Germany or some other country that has a 20kmh limit. To fix this if you have updated your scooter in the past you need to purchase an st-link, take off the bottom panel of your scooter with a torx t-15 screwdriver, unscrew your controller, open it up, and follow a guide to st-link the controller and change the serial number back to US. You can also downgrade the DRV version with the same st-link and unlock custom firmware or shfw depending on whether you have an ST or AT board (gray aluminum- ST, and black plastic- AT).
