Segway g2 max speedhack 35

Is there a possibility to get the g2 max to 25km/h
I cannot change the region to global i think.
I'm logged i´ as united states but the speed stays 25.. i bought it in Belgium
I didnt do any firmware updates.
Is there some "how to" ?
