Voiager 3x batteries

I'm new here and this is my first post, so be patient with me, if I don't know or understand all the things yet.

Some time ago I found three scooter batteries just laying on the ground, next to a walkway/service road. They are marked Voi, so I think they are for the Voiager 3x, which is (I think) the most common Voi scooter model here. (Espoo, Finland)

I don't know what I should do with the batteries. I know they are probably worth a lot of money, but I don't know if Voi has anything like a finder's fee, if I return them... I don't need the batteries for anything right now, but I am open to suggestions for what to use them for.

Do the batteries have any security features to prevent their use on other appliances? Do you need a special charger for them? The connector socket looks a bit strange to me... Does it fit some standard plug or is it Voi specific?

Ok, so I got in touch with Voi.

I don't know if it was my phone or what, but I could not reach out to them with the Voi app on my phone. So, I used a browser to go to their website. After searching for some time, I finally found a "support request" chat or something. AI chat. It had helpful categories I could choose from as the subject of my inquiry. Of course none of them fit the situation. I didn't want to report a wrongly parked scooter or had a technical malfunction of a scooter or anything like that. So, when the chat finally opened, I typed: "I found Voi scooter batteries lying on the ground, not connected to any vehicle. Separate, loose batteries just lying there. What should I do with them?"

"Sorry, I did not understand that. Could you try to say that in more simple words?"

"I found scooter batteries lying on ground. What should I do with them?"

"Sorry, I did not understand that. Could you try to say that in more simple words?"

"Sorry, I did not understand that. It seems like you have a problem with your scooter's battery. Would you like to talk to a human support agent?"

When I finally got a human to talk to (after waiting 20 minutes) I explained the whole thing again with more detail. They wanted my email and phone number and the exact place where the batteries were found. They said they will relay the issue to the appropriate department, and those people will contact me by email for returning the batteries. And no, there is no finder's fee.

This was a month ago. Nobody has contacted me. I have checked spam and trash folders. Nothing.

At least they don't seem to be in any hurry to get the batteries back. And there's no reward for returning them. I think I'll just call it quits and keep the damn things. They are worth probably hundreds of euros, and I did try to return them.

I contacted Voi.

They told me there's no finder's fee.

They said they will forward the issue to the proper local department, who will contact me by e-mail to retrieve the batteries.

It's been almost two months now, and nobody has contacted me from the "local department". I have also reported a Voi scooter parked in the middle of a driveway and nobody has come for that, either. I don't think the "local department" gives a toss.
