Ninebot KS MAX G30D error 19

Hey guys, please help.
So... I tried to unlock the maximum speed of the KS MAX, which somehow resulted in me frying the scooter. It now turns off immidiately when I try to turn it on. By holding the on/off button I get a red number 19.
Is there any way to fix this, or did I kill it for good?

HI,
tell me the first 4 digits of the code you inputed? N4GSxxxxxxx?
Error 19 is regarding unnormal battery voltage, Battery, mainboard...check the cable plug from dashboard to the scooter. maybe you did not plugged it in properly...

I believe you updated the firmware when you had the ES handlebar attached. So now you have ES firmware on your Max.
It will be fixable once the team is done extracting the new firmware and finishes testing. You will notice if you put the ES handlebar on your Max in this state and hold the power button you should be able to bluetooth connect using the flashing tools. So it's just a matter of waiting for the correct firmware to be available.

I was so happy to see this post, question!! Not because you messed up your scooter but because I did the exact same thing yesterday and got the exact same result. I believe Chubbya is correct so now we wait!...

I have a G30 not a G30D but I got an error 19 code after flashing the dashboard and even after reflashing it, the error didn't go away. I ended up having to also flash the controller back to factory with a full dump. Then it went away.

I flash these devices disconnected from the scooter - meaning I don't have anything plugged into them but the ST-Link and power is coming from the ST-Link.

i would really appreciate if someone could assist me , i tried to update my Max g30 with a es4 firmware and code 19 showed up and whenever i try to trun on my scooter it shuts down right away...
plz i need help
