Keeping Es/2 dashboard on max - still vibing

Postby hudgat Sat Mar 28, 2020 9:58 pm

Hey all,

Thanks to your help i have converted my broken down Spin Max into a working scooter without St link. When flashing 126 it now only works with the ES head unit! Ive just been keeping it that way -- looks janky but hey it works.
Any downsides to this? Will it blow up eventually?

thanks for everything

Just tried flashing BMS with es4 dash for a lyft max, have tried holding the button down like you do for flashing the DRV126 esc firmware while attempting to flash the bms, ninebot flasher reports the serial # but when I load the bms firmware I get nothing but beeps from the dashboard and no progress in ninebot flasher. have tried multiple computers, holding the dash button or not. if you want to change the bms on a lyft max, the battery must be ST-Linked.
