Ninebot Max latest model to 39kmh

I've seen videos of people getting the Max to 39kmh with original factory battery. I can only flash it to run at 33kmh or 21mph. Does anyone know how to get it to run at 39kmh with max battery? Thanks!

poder se puede si se cambia la region y ademas el serial number por uno deslimitado, es sencillo en xiaoflasher o ninebot flash, debe tener a mano su numero de serie y cambiar el 4th digito por C para 25kmh, por D para 30kmh, por Epara 20 kmh, despues 1111Cxxxx donde las 4 X son sus ultimos cuatro numeros del serial number, una vez hecho esto se cambia region a US o determinada segun serial number, y ahi es donde podra alcanzar mas velocidad, ejemplo : N4GCD1111CXXXX (donde las X son sus ultimos 4 numeros de serie). esto funcionara tambien con bateria cargada al max e ira disminuyendo si baja bateria. saludos

Tienes un vídeo enseñando cómo hacerlo? Por favor porque lo compre nuevo el ninebot Max mas recent. Y quiero hacer este speed hack

You don't need a video... With Xiao Flasher on your android phone, connect to the Ninebot MAX and select the option "custom serial". Then enter the serial number you want (N4GCD1111CXXXX), use your own serials last 4 digits and done... It's really this simple... Notice that you battery will be drained very quick and you will not reach the same distance keeping it limited to 25/kmh...
