G30E II not hacking

hello,
ninebot just changed my faulty g30max with a g30e II.
i always had the first g30max hacked and always worked wonderfully.
i tried working on this new one:
i first downgraded it with success using your guide, then i tried hacking it but it didn't work fine.
in S mode the power is very low and never goes over 20 km/h, with Drive it goes ok but not over 20 km/h even setting S at 28 and D at 24.
then i tried restoring the las CFW i used on the old G30max. the power and handling was ok, but the battery drained in like 15kms! when with the older model i never went under 30kms with a fully charged battery.
then i tried restoring the custom vanilla without any modification using your tool. it worked fine but sometimes in S it didn't go over 20kmh.
i then tried making a CFW only with strarting speed at 0. it then worked fine in D, but in S the power was very low and wouldn't go over 20kmh.
how do i solve it? is there a specific part of the website where we create the CFW for the g30e ii?
