New Ninebot Max Dashboard (rental)

Does anyone know how to flash these new dashboards (scooter with front and back drum brakes)?
Is removing the C2 capacitor necessary to flash them?
I found a C2 capacitor on the back of the board instead of the front.
(here is a comparison Left is Old, Right is New)
(Back view left is New, Right is Old)
If you notice there is a little C2 Capacitor on the left side of the new board beside the black wire.
Should I remove this to flash?
Here is a close up back view where the C2 Capacitor is located.
