Is it possible to unlock a ninebot F40E scooter with DRV 5.6.9 or higher?

Hello
I recently bought a Ninebot F40 European version scooter (F40E).
I would like to unlock it to activate the cruise control, which is not activated by default.
I watched this tutorial: viewtopic.php?t=529
Unfortunately my DRV is above 5.6.9.
Is there any way to downgrade the DRV version without Bluetooth connection ?
If needed, here is some information about my scooter :
