Making a non foldable, foldable..

Hello everyone. Is it posible to make a non foldable, foldable?? Which parts are needed if so??

I cant find the brackets for the frame, where the lockingmechanism goes to.

It's pretty much impossible. You would need weld and use an angle grinder. also you would need to use some kind of 3rd party hinge with a locking mechanism. It's not worth the time

Nahhh come on maybe he has all the equipment, for a scooter, what cant be done. I saw someone dl a cad mapping of a hinge. If you can mill it it can be done!

There are several things on amazon that appear to make them fold. Anyone tried any of these?
