Hi,
I own 2 Ninebot ES4 using your latest CFW.
I have this doubt, due to my weight (95Kg) my scooter while climbing roads (not too high % of inclination) it loosed too fast the speed and feel it with less power.
I wonder about decreasing the Motor constant power a little bit to ensure it have enough strength to keep running/climbing.
Will the motherboard overheat because of this? Is it safe to use 50000 for example instead of the default 51575? The battery will drain too fast?
Nevertheless i should lose some weight i know !!!
What do you recommend? I don't want do drain the battery too fast but i would like to have a little more strength/power.
What value do you recommend?
Regards

Re: ES4 - Motor power constant - Opinion
Hi, yes you can "safely" (nothing is ever 100%, but close to it) lower the MPC, Many people are running their MPC as low as 45000, so changing it to 50000 in your case should not be a problem, i even suggest going a little lower, like 49000.

Many thanks for the feedback.
I will keep the 45000 as minimum safety value and will play a little with those values, and see what fits better my need (to have a balance between battery range and power).
So far i have it with 51000, a few decrease its noticeable while climbing roads.
I will try next 50000.
Thank you.

I recall another member saying their ES4 fried at 48K MPC. JFYI.

For that matters, you can even fry it on stock MPC.I recall another member saying their ES4 fried at 48K MPC. JFYI.
