I got this message:

C:\Users\Badabing DMX>telnet 127.0.0.1 4444
Connecting To 127.0.0.1...Could not open connection to the host, on port 4444: Connect failed

alright, so you have a layer 1 issues, send picts on wiring.. do you have lights on your st-link and are you sure you loaded all the drivers to the stick.. can you computer see the stick?
also did you get a pop up for port 4444 to be opened and did you in fact allow it to be opened?

There is no light in the dashboard, but the st link diode lights up. The pc can see the stick and the terminal kan see the stick to
it's down to your wiring..

Your script is different than mine... where did you get it? I used the one from this site.. if different change it..

Im on a windows 10 computer.

Did you find a resolution to your issue?

win 10 is fine. where did you get your program, your script is different than mine. I got mine here. No resolution on my issues. I'm too new and these guys are acting like I'm not here.. oh well,, i'll keep HELPING others as they don't help me. Whatcha going to do?
You really sure you got your wiring sorted, you keep avoiding a pict so i'm assuming you have that right.. I would point to the software you are using..

I was so exited, only to find the stupid error:

Error: Init mode failed (unable to connect to target)

Does the Dash need to be power on to the scooter, NO right. the 3.3 volts wlll power it on?

IDK, that sucks, thinkging about trying this on old windows 7 pc

and no , you dont need to have it powered other than the power to the cap c9

i got all my software from this guide
I got my OSD from a broken abandoned jump scooter seway.

This is the OCD I'm using

OpenOCD:

I measure the volts at c9 cap, white everything is plugged in and only getting 2.4 volts

Unless the Pin Read out on my ST Link is backword or flipped.
Do they make manufactoruing mistakes on this little devices.

I have them exact same as the Pictures posted by the other guy here with the same issue.
