Spin scooter s-100t convert to personal use

Hi group,
Purchased three new SPIN scooters and battery/charger from auction in Salinas California.
I’ve been able to charge and ride it but not sure how to open the battery deck?
Would also like to eventually hack to go faster.
Eventually going to paint or vinyl wrap.

If anyone has any tips or tricks would appreciate it!

I bought 6 of them and have no batteries. I have 3 T-60s and 3 S-100Ts.

I reached out to Segway commercial to open an account for access to the IOT.
How did you get the batteries? What is the part number on It?
The charger for the S-100T is the SPBC4802A. eDIT - the plug ends do not match the OEM.

A Dealer in Michigan helped me with parts.

can you help me with a bit of guidance on how to access the IOT? I have a data transmitting cable that I spliced a juliet male piece on that plugs into my laptop right from the juliet cable located in the middle of the neck of the scooter. having trouble with flespi.

I suggest starting with a fresh coat of paint or a vinyl wrap to give it a unique look while maintaining its safety and functionality. fnf

Be careful not to damage the scooter when you open the battery pack,Slope reduce the speed, or paint or vinyl wrap it.

Be cautious when riding scooters that have been hacked to go faster.

Wear a helmet and other protective equipment when riding a scooter.

Look for screws or latches: In many cases, electric scooters have screws or latches that secure the battery compartment. Check for these and use the appropriate tools for removal.
