Custom Firmware Disables Bottom Lights

I have a Ninebot with lights on the bottom. After doing a Firmware update the lights no longer turn on. I think it's from the battery firmware. Had to update for the extended battery to work.
Anyone know how to turn back on the bottom lights?

BMS v0.1.4.1 I think. Or 1.3.3

I used the ES downG with custom firmware. Says...
BMS 136
BLE 107
DRV 133
I also get weird acceleration issues when the headlight is on.
No issues when DRV is v139
