Hey guys,
After successfully flashing an ES4 and plugged the external battery, it gives me this error:
From the error list description I've found on google, the error 19 is linked with "Battery voltage abnormal, check battery、control board、connected cable."
I've searched the full discord and no one reported this error.
Potentially relevant facts that may be linked to this (two guys on discord tipped me on this):
1- The scooter never turns on if the external battery is not connected - I don't have a charger yet (could it be that the internal battery if fully empty and it's only relying on the external one?)
2- When removing the external battery I may have unscrewed the screws that support the controller and im may have disconnected the internal battery (I personally don't think it's seem very likely since the controller is tight, but since i never disassembled the main pole, I don't know how it actually works).
Currently waiting for the charger to arrive so I can make sure it's not the reason #1. If it still happens, I probably need to disassemble the control board pole.
Thank you!

Re: Error 19 After flashing
Thanks, I will.
I just posted in case it happened to someone already and could be a shortcut to the problem solving

Re: Error 19 After flashing
I'm having the EXACT same issue.
What happened? Did option number 1 help the issue?
Please advise.
THANK YOU

Re: Error 19 After flashing
Currently have the same issue. Was it ever figured out?
Re: Error 19 After flashing
1. Remove the external battery.
2. Remove the mounting bracket.
3. Plug the scooter in to charge and wait for the scooter to start automatically.
4. Unplug the scooter.
5. Wait a few seconds then try to turn the scooter off and on.
6. Reinstall the external battery.
You should be error free. But the error will come back until you replace the internal battery.
