This is the topic where we centralize all available tools to best use or modify Ninebot scooters.

I tried the ES Firmware generator with the ES DownG app for Android. When I run the ES Down G everything goes fine till I try to open the .bin file. I tell it to go to that file but seems like it just keeps searching. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Also when I download the patch once downloaded do I extract it? When I extract it then that is the only way I get a file on my phone. Can someone give me a step by step instruction on how to do this? I am using the 1.3.3 firmware on the mainlboard. My Android has the latest operating system on it. Thanks

Create Custom Firmware.

Download the .zip (do not extract)

Download the app.

Open app.

Connect to scooter.

Check version.

Open .zip.

Flash

Wait till done.

No need to backup - just update in the app or download a stock firmware and flash it.

Thanks Lothean, One more question is there any documentation on how to mount the * .zip file package for Es_downG. I used * .bin.enc, * .bin and * .md5 but without success.

You need to use the zip file directly
