Remove speed limit for "low power" mode

It's really very simple. I've got an ES4, and have had it for quite a while.
Only 3 things annoy me about it.
1. The inability to set a higher limit than 15 kph for lowest (400w) mode.
2. The inability to set a 20 kph limit ofre S (500w) mode. (legally required in Denmark)
3. The inability to to set front light to always on. (Legally required in Denmark)

2 and 3 are not really all that important, but if at all possible, I would very much like to remove that 15 kph limit, to hopefully extend the range, without taking twice the time to arrive at my destination, when condition allow it of course.

I've tried to investigate this on my own, but haven't had any luck, figuring out if it is even possible.

I have downloaded m365 tools from the Android play store. Download and connect to your scooter. Then on the basic part of the app change both top speed settings. It has changed the top speed settings for all 3 modes for me. There are some other options that seem pretty cool that I haven't messed around with.
