Hi .. I'm new on this forum. and i bought a E25D and I trying out with xiaoflasher app on android, and works good,29kmh : D... then I try use segways app and of misstake I update the firmware to the latest, So now back to 20kmh... i try use hacking app again, but I get the issue message

> Flashing failed
> Update failed!
> Reason: Unknown error
> Power cycling your phone & vehicle might help

I can understand its the official segway app has locked the settings, I donated 3times so I hope it wil coming walkround software near futures

What version is your firmware? 2.71? Few days back i downgrade to 2.68 using Scooter Hacking Utility. Check first post in the thread..

And by the way. I`m presently test driving tuned E25 with drv2.68 MPC 45000 KERS/12... If anyone have interest, let me know. (gratitude to @Topol for converting bin to zip)

After trying to flash my e25e with xiaoflasher to 30km/h my scooter changed serial number to e45d version. Can somebody please explain how can I reset it to my factory settings because now I have 5km/h less on speed and I cannot use traffic lighting too.

Use ScooterHacking Utility to downgrade to DRV255, then select change region > custom and type in your original serial number, which you can find on a white sticker below the deck.

Hi, maybe stupid question but when my sn begin N5GQC should i try changes with N5G numbers or other ...N4G... or N2G maybe else. For changs with N5G work nothing for me.

what is your firmware? latest fw make this hack not functional

Hey all. First off, thanks to everyone responsible for putting this together.

I would like to let you all know that changing the serial number on the E22 didn't require downgrading for me.
It would seem that "Ninebot Flasher" doesn't work if the firmware is up to date, BUT! "Ninebot IAP"? Changed it the first try, didn't even take multiple clicks like it did the first time I changed it with "Ninebot Flasher" before I updated the firmware.

Just wanted to let you know that "Ninebot IAP" will change the serial number on up-to-date scooters. At least it did for me.

This doesn't work for me. I have tried it over Windows Bluetooth with IAP but SN doesn't change. So, as an Apple User i'm fucked up and i am going to ask a friend with a shitty Android mobile to install SH Apk.

You have to downgrade to an older firmware version using ScooterHacking Utility.

Hello to everyone!
I have bought ninebot E22D few days ago.
I would like to unlock the maximum speed on it. After connecting and activation it upgrades to DRV 2.6.15
I read the topic and answers. As i understand, i should to downgrade the firmware before i can change SN or change region.
I have found this link with edited firwares https://files.scooterhacking.org/firmware/e-series/DRV/
there I found that latest firmware is DRV271 - but it is higher than the latest on my scooter. That's why I thought that this firmware is for E25 or E45? Am i right?
I dosn't have android devicе - only windows laptop. So i don't want to make a mistake and flash first DRV271 from the link above and after downgrade to lower version.
Does anyone have a solution or advice on how to do it right?

I have an E22E with external battery . FW DRV 2.7.5 , BLE 2.1.3 , BMS 1.6.0 . All was ok until i "decided" to change the serial number . For a mistake i changed serial number from N2GZ.... to N2GY.... .
NOw the scooter is recognized as a E25D ( 20km/h) from scooterhacking utility and as unknow model from other softwares ....
NOW I am unable to re-change the SN back to N2GZ.... and if i try to downgrade DRV firmware i receive update error !!!

Someone could help me ??
