Ninebot ES4 RFID lock

Hey!
I have been thinking about adding a rfid reader onto my scooter above the external battery, that would turn on the lock feature/or turn the scooter off/on when a correct rfid card is presented. I know how to make all the circuits needed, and processing, but do you know where i could tap in a connection with the scooter? Would it easier to just turn it totally of with for example a reley, or somehow get it to activate the lock feature?
