Ninebot E25E with 2.5 firmware : Downgrade

Hi everybody,
I have just bought a Segway E25E ( I live in Italy ) , and during the first activation the Segway app forces the update of the firmware to 2.5 of the Ninebot E25E.
Now I have some issue like fall in the engine power during the climb of an hill during or worse during a flat street and I have read that with this firware (2.5) the Ninebot E25E has some issues..... so I would to downgrade....
Could you help me ?
