No throttle after flash

Previous Jump scooter rental from auction. External battery. Flashed dash and esc following instructions from this site. Flashed dash first. Tested, no throttle. Then flashed esc, tested no throttle. After esc flash I did get error 10 and error 27 if I didn’t hold brake when powering on. Error 10 went away after restarting. Error 27 went away after holding brake to power on. Still no throttle. Changed serial number as well. Removed external battery as well. Any thoughts? Manually moving shows distance covered in Segway app.
