ES4 Lights and sounds errors list

Is any has a list of sounds or lights error for ES4.
I have two ES4 scooter that does not show any error on screen but beeps and flash lights.
The screen is just swith on and of if i push the button or instal extern battery.
The back light flash one time and then six times.
The similar is some beep sequence.
Does it any cable and software that give me oportunity to diagnostic scooter.
The scooters was buy from rental company and looks almost not used.
I know at there is some software to unlock the scooter and configure some issue but can not find any info in the net.
The bluetooth is not working in that scooters, but when i check the control panel looks like a bluetooth antena is on so i can quest at it is locked by the software. The speed is also limited to 20 km/t.
So it would be nice to find any nice and checked software.

Yesterday i change a dashboard and i have find one broken cable, then i find out how it is working:
The first longer beeps is a first number.
Second shorter beeps is a second number.
My scooter does not show error on screen but just beeps and flashes.
I do not know the reason, but it looks that the dashboard has some configuration.
Now itrying to find why the bluetooth is disabled and how i can activate it.
