Top speed breaking

Postby dniitall Sun Jun 09, 2019 5:25 pm

i've been tasting a lot of different settings with firmware and i'm pretty happy now. my absolute top speed is 38km/h (fully charged till about 50% battery). normal top speed about 34 km/h

anyway, after i reach the top speed, ninebot breaks. sometimes pretty violently. if i push the break in that same moment, it can get quite dangerous

my questions:

1. where is the breaking (top speed) happening? is it hard coded into the engine? (i'n not very technical)
2. is there a way to "soften" up the breaking somehow?
3. is there a way to bypass the top speed breaking?

any/all info appreciated

By adding an additional 4p4s package you can reach 55km / h, I am also looking for a solution with jerking and unblocking the maximum speed
It seems to me that the limitation is related to the battery voltage, the high speed during braking generates a higher voltage scooter, it limits it so as not to damage the controller

I do not understand what the additional 4p4s package

I have this same problem with ES3. absolute top speed 27 km/h with full batteries. Speed limit of the custom firmware does not help with this.

Any easy (and safe) way to get past 27 km/h? (what part do I need to change?)

What makes the difference in max speed between es3 and es4? 30km/h would be enough for me.

through a configuration of the engine power constant to 48000 I get a maximum speed of 35km / h at 100% load on the batteries. I do not know if modifying any parameter could get to more speed without getting to burn the engine

Sory 4s4p vmax 50-55km/h 6s4p vmax ok 60km/h firmware esmax free 1.4.0 must be external battery
Look picture

Mood vmax 55 km/h https://imageshack.com/i/plcNPIw0j

Battery 4s4p https://imageshack.us/i/pmgPIeLEj

Located in the floor of a scooter there is an ideal place for her

Battery 6s4p and 8s4p only mainboard SNSC mosfet 100V 130A

Everything zelezy since mosfet what you have are on 64 85 I 100 v theoretically having the last you can give on the engine and 90 v conference needs someone who will tell me how to remove the speed limits from the software are discounted, but they are actually set at 45km / h above 50 km

I gave, of course, bigger capacitors 1000 nf 63v can be without them but thanks to the capacitors we have a voltage supply. Larger voltage gives a smaller A on the connectors from what I calculated instead of 25 A as in the original we have at power 1000W only 16A on the cables if you want to give more V you need to increase capacitors on 85 or 100v but reduce the capacity so that they fit into the housing

Change the KERS to the max speed for no breaking
even with kers changed it still brakes while on throttle unless you let off the throttle then it just free rolls?

it would be awesome if someone could find a way around the auto braking

Hi I'm new here I recently have a problem with my ninebot es4. I was traveling using custom firmware with the alternative throttle algorithm and I didn't like how it accelerated so I flashed it back and the scooter usualy turns off and back on after flashing is complete. It won't turn itself off and back on and it won't move anymore I've tried reflashing several firmwares. I even tried the ninebot official firmware it says it's updates but doesn't turn itself off and back on. Will not move and the wheel feels locked like if the brake is on. Please help also I get error 14 sometimes for just a quick second and it goes away. I don't think it's my throttle because I was using it fine until I flashed the firmware back without alternative throttle algorithm.
