Error 19

Not sure if this is related to flashing the mainboard or If it is caused by my batteries being messed up. since I got this I have not been able to charge which I assumed was part of the error 10 issue. after flashing the mainboard I now have 19 and still can not change.
any trouble shooting advice would be welcome

Battery voltage abnormal，check battery、control board、connected cable.

Replying because I am not the kind of person to find something out and never update my post. Be the change you want to see!
Turns out my mainboard was perfectly fine and the issue was with the main battery. the battery had no lights blinking and was not responding to charging.
I replaced the main battery and I am good to go.
