When you select the base firmware to create a cfw you can choose from 1.3.3 , 1.3.9, 1.4 and 1.5

When you select the base firmware to create a cfw you can choose from 1.3.3 , 1.3.9, 1.4 and 1.5
What are the differences between them and which one is the BEST?

The best (easiest to customize) is the 133. 133 must have the bms with 136. above 133 (1.3.9, 1.4 and 1.5) must have bms 141.
