Es2 wont turn on, only blinks. (Video in description)

Heya, i have an ex-rental scooter that i've been trying to get going.

I've flashed the dash, and what happened then was that when i pressed on the scooter the dash was black but the lights back started blinking really low and whenever i moved the scooter they started flashing alot and stopped when i stopped moving it.

So i flashed the Control Board today aswell and the dash is still black when i turn it on, but all the light blink every 3 seconds for about a minute and then it turns off.

DId you try to connect with nintbot android app ?

When you have any error when flash you dashboard ?

No errors anywhere :/

Yeah, tried with the Windows app and nothing there, tried ES_downG app nothing there and i tried the Segway app and nothing there.

seems that your dash is dead or not correctly flashed, try to reflash or try another dash.
to check the dash - just connect there 5v and gnd, if you see permanent lights - dash is working

It is definitely 3.3v not 5v

you can flash it with 5v or 3.3v, nothing will happen. permanent use of 5v is not so healthy, but to test and flash it's allowed

I've flashed the dash a total of 3 times now with no errors but same result on the scooter.

The flash does not light up at all when i connect it for flashing, should it?
