I have an E22E with external battery . scooterhacking utility show :
DRV 2.7.5 , BLE 2.1.3 , BMS 1.6.0 .

For a mistake i changed the S/N from N2GZ ( yes it was just modified months ago ) to N2GY
Now , the scooter is recognized as E25E , max speed is 20 Km/h and cruise control isn't working .

I tryed (with ALL Apps available ) to revert back to original S/N , but the scooter sound error with 3 beeps and the serial remain the same wrong N2GY

Also , it is impossible to flash a new firmware , i receive error to power cycle scooter and phone ...

have i to disconnect the external battery ?
could the problem be that now the apps does not recognize the corret model ?
i am becoming crazy ..

I have the same exact problem,i changed my region to e22d on e22e scooter and now im stuck at 20kmph limit.
My firmware is 2.6.15.

no software solution at the moment , only flashing using ST-Link or wait for an update of SHU App ...
