How is the ES2 motor powered?

Hi
I am doing a custom project where I need a motor with high torque at relatively low speeds, something that a Scooter motor does perfectly. A friend of mine generously donated his old ES2 with a fried driver card.

Now, I want to build a new custom driver board, but to do that I need to know what the ES2 motor expects in its power input cables. I assume that it is some form of phase-shifted sine-waves with an amplitude of 36V. Does anyone here know?

Normally, I would just power up the motor and measure the signals with an oscilloscope, but as the driver is fried, I cannot, unfortunately.

Thanks for any help and/or advice.

Cheaper would be to buy generic driver on aliexpress with hall sensor input cost ~15$ , you are correct it is three phase dc motor.
