error 10 after successful ST-LINK flashing OEM LIME ESC

problem is in title. Got oem lime esc off ebay, flashed it with ST LINK successfully with ST UTILITY ( it wont succeed with the openocd connect.bat script) but get error 10 every time i hook it up and turn it on. Any suggestions would be appreciated
