hi everyone
so i have this scooter rental thingy which was bought by circ and then died completely
after revive battery now it's powering but blinking when try to move it
iva stlink , and universal box (tx,rx) which i used for gsm phones unlock/repair
i found many postes but i want to be guided if possible
