This is how an ESC looks like after spending probably several days or even weeks under water. It was salvaged from a rusty damaged snsc1.0 that someone had dumped in a stream near my home.

I'm going to try to restore it to working order

Does anyone know what mosfets are used in the ESC, in case they needs to be replaced?

After cleaning up the mess a bit it actually looks like most damage have been done to the bolts holding the mosfets to the heatsink, and the legs of the large capacitor (where one had completely corroded away) but those are easy to replace.

That's a well corroded ESC you have here! Maybe try sinking it into some strong alcohol for a couple of hours?
