M365 updated SHFW = No Motor

Hello to you all,

I was trying to update the firmware on a new controller for my wife's scooter M365.
I tried couples of firmware like I used to BMS 107 and earlier.

I downloaded the ScooterHacking Utility and updated the SHFW.
Now I don't have anymore the motor spinning and even do a strange sound when I keep the accelerator trigger down and goes backwards.
It seams I cannot downflash...

What can I do and did anyone had this thing going on ?

I have the same problem. Pulled SHFW onto it and made my settings and flashed it. Everything worked, except the engine didn't run.
