is it possible that https://m365pro.scooterhacking.org/ contains an error?
I have Xiaomi M365 v2 (no PRO) and today I installed a new display (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Upgrade ... 4c4doKxJYH). I updated the firmware according to the attached screenshot. The "KERS minimum speed:" does exactly the opposite of what it says. The scooter will start braking on its own when the engine is not active. Disable recuperative braking when using the brake lever. Do you have the same experience?

Yes, I can confirm that the KERS minimum speed does the opposite of what it's supposed to.
This problem is on the normal 365 toolkit too.

it is indeed a known issue for Xiaomi CFW toolkits. Let's hope we'll find a fix.
