Problem flashing M365 with a pro display

Hi,

I have a M365 scooter with a Pro display.
So the apps recognize it as a M365 Pro.

I had installed a custom prebuilt 1.55 firmware on it and it works fine.

But now I want to try the ScooterHacking Utility on my Android phone (Samsung Note 10+)

The app connects fine to my scooter. Sees it as a M365 pro scooter and defines the installed DRV as 1.55, but it does not report any version for BMS and BLE

When I try to flash any firmware (original or custom from preset), it goes up to 100%, then says "update failed! Reason:max retries" as in the screenshot.
Then it says "update complete" and shows no error code.
I am not sure if the update has been completed. But when I tried to flash 1.52 DRV and then check back, it still reported 1.55 so it seems like the app can not flash my scooter.

What is wrong ? and how can I fix it ?

I have a similar problem, but the advice above did not help. The application cannot flash anything, this error always occurs. Maybe there are other options?
