SHU crashed when startet on Android 4.4.2

Hi,
everytime when i start the SHU app its crashed and closed...
When i disable my bluetooth, i can start the app but i cant find the scooter...make sense..
When i turn on bluetooth its crashes again.. its a samsung s4 mini with 4.4.2 Adroid, what can i do?
I have set to factory settings twice..but nothing changed...
bluetooth works with other devices well...so i dont think, its a BT problem?!
please help!!
