my question is do i only have to flash my pro2 once with an scooter app. because i own an iphone and i dont have the apps to do it. i have an old android to flash my scooter but i dont want to have it on me the hole time. so my question do i only need to flash my scooter once and then its done?

Once you flash your scooter, CFW will stay on until you overwrite it with different firmware. Basically yes, you only need an Android for the initial flashing process unless you want to change something as you go along.
